REO Services for Lenders, Banks and Asset Managers
Tomassi Law Associates, LLC works efficiently with lenders, banks and asset managers in the sale of foreclosed properties to third parties.
Our goal is to streamline the process for our clients, ensure a speedy closing, and to save our clients on their overall expense of processing foreclosed properties.
Upon receiving a referral on an REO transaction we will:
- Order title search within 24 hours of receiving referral;
- Draft and prepare all seller’s closing documents;
- Correspond with buyer and/or buyer’s attorney to coordinate the closing; and
- Ensure timely transfer of proceeds to the client.

Short Sales
Tomassi Law Associates, LLC offers expert short sale services including short sale negotiations and closings.
There is no fee to the seller. Our fee is paid out of the sale proceeds and from the banks/lenders proceeds.
If you are having financial difficulties and are behind on your mortgage payments a short sale may be a viable option for you. We will sit down with you and examine your current situation and present various options to you. There is no fee for this consultation.
